Welcome to Forensic Medical Sciences Update which is an independently run website and reflects the activities of Cameron Forensic Medical Sciences and work carried out at other institutions that are associated with us both in the United Kingdom and abroad. We aim to update visitors to our site on a regular basis on academic developments and educational activities at our institutions as well as important developments and trends in the forensic medical sciences in the United Kingdom and abroad.

The front page leader will feature a topic of important current forensic interest. We also invite contributions for consideration for publication in our features section which can be on any topic of interest in the forensic medical sciences. The features section will also update visitors on the various activities at our institutions

The development of forensic medicine and science through the ages and how murder cases and other heinous crimes were investigated and individuals tried by the courts of the day, will also be a regular feature in a section devoted to forensic history.

The education page includes details of courses on offer at our associate institutions and elsewhere as well as research activites.

Your feedback on any aspect of our site or your views and comments on individual contributions are warmly welcome and we will regularly publish your correspondence.
